66th Independence: Oborevwori Urges Nigerians to Stay the Course
Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has urged Nigerians to remain patient, united and committed to ongoing reforms, saying brighter days are ahead.
In his 66th Independence Anniversary message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Oborevwori said there was “hope on the horizon” and urged citizens to remain resilient.
The governor called on Deltans to support President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his administration’s MORE Agenda, stressing the importance of continuity and stability in governance.
He said Delta was complementing federal efforts through infrastructure development, renewable energy, job creation and initiatives to attract foreign investment.
Oborevwori reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive governance and improving living standards across Delta, while congratulating Nigerians on the Independence anniversary.
