…says protesters imported

Chief Joseph Ogunje
The Chairman, Host communities relations committee, Chief Joseph Ogunje in an exclusive interviews with our reporter stated that Oghara community is at peace with the CMD and all allegations leveled against him were false, just as he warned miscreants not to use the community’s name to pursue their selfish interests.
Ogunje pointed that the hospital CMD has within his sojourn reposition the hospital with various innovative measures that would bring back the lost glory of the health institution.
Stressed that the alleged protesters were known to the community, saying it’s an act geared towards distracting the hospital management for selfish gains.
Investigations by our reporter revealed that the protesters were allegedly sponsored by a contractor whose contract was terminated sometime last year over defective execution of his contract.
An insider sources who pleaded not to be mentioned noted that the contract of the said contractor was terminated following its defensive nature, argued that the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Nekwu Emmanuel Okulogbo does not have the power to terminate contract of such nature.
Efforts to speak with the CMD proved abortive as his cell phone number was switched when contacted. We promised to obtain comments from the CMD as soon as he ready to speak with our reporter.
