Oghara Community lauds NNPC Gas Infrastructure over townhall roofing support

Otumara community in Oghara, Delta State, has expressed appreciation to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Gas Infrastructure Limited for its timely support in funding the roofing of the community townhall.
Speaking journalists on behalf of the community, the representative, Comrade Ehvwubare Oghenekparobo, a fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Consultants and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations commended NNPC Gas Infrastructure for its commitment to grassroots development and for demonstrating genuine concern for the welfare of host communities.
He noted that the townhall, which serves as the hub for meetings, cultural activities, and developmental discussions, had long required urgent intervention after parts of the structure were damaged by severe weather.
“NNPC Gas Infrastructure has once again proven itself to be a dependable partner in community development. The roofing of our townhall will not only provide us with a safe and conducive meeting place but also foster unity and progress in Otumara community,” Oghenekparobo stated.
The community further assured NNPC Gas Infrastructure of its continuous cooperation and pledged to safeguard the project to ensure its long-term sustainability.
Leaders and residents of Otumara described the support as a clear demonstration of corporate responsibility and urged other organizations to emulate NNPC’s gesture by investing in the development of host communities across Delta State.
