Former Niger-Delta Ex-militant and Chairman of Private Security outfit, Tantita, Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has showered praise on the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, describing him as a courageous and results-driven leader whose public service record speaks louder than rhetoric.

In a birthday goodwill message released on behalf of the management and staff of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), Tompolo said Wike’s career in governance—cutting across law, politics and administration—has consistently demonstrated that true leadership is defined by visible impact and firm decision-making.

He observed that from Wike’s early days in public service to his tenure as Governor of Rivers State and his current role as FCT Minister, his leadership style has remained anchored on resilience, accountability and an unrelenting commitment to the public good.

Tompolo noted that Wike’s influence in the nation’s capital is already evident, citing the renewed focus on infrastructure renewal, urban order and institutional discipline as hallmarks of a hands-on approach to governance.

“In the Federal Capital Territory, your presence is being clearly felt. The renewed emphasis on infrastructure, order and accountability reflects a leadership style that understands Abuja’s symbolic and strategic importance to Nigeria’s unity and governance,” he said.

The TSSNL founder also commended Wike for recognising the inseparable link between security, development and national stability, stressing that the minister’s insistence on law, order and accountability aligns strongly with Tantita’s mandate of protecting critical national assets and promoting a secure environment for sustainable growth.

He further described Wike’s widely known “Mr. Project” reputation as well deserved, pointing to his consistent record of delivery and readiness to take tough decisions in the interest of the public.

“In moments that demand firmness, you have chosen responsibility over convenience, standing firmly by your convictions even when the path was difficult,” Tompolo stated.

Tompolo concluded by praying for renewed strength, deeper wisdom and continued success for the minister as he marks another year, expressing confidence that Wike’s leadership will continue to leave a lasting imprint on national development and unity.

He wished the minister good health, fulfilment and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
